Persian 19th C Kula Khud – Helmet

Persian 19th C Kula Kud – Helmet. The skull is beautifully decorated over its entire surface with figures and floral patterns designs with central spike and two plume-holders. In addition an adjustable nose-guard, complete with functional retainer screw. The helmet is fitted with original well preserved neck-defence chain-mail crafted out of rounded links. Although this helmet displays some signs of wear, it is overall extremely well preserved.
