Georgian 5th Dragoon Guards Officer’s Full Dress Mameluke in super condition by Humburger Rodgers & Co London. Bright Gilt hilt with engraved decoration and bone grips. The blade maker marked with watered pattern and clip back point and contained in green leather covered scabbard with excellent engraved gilt mounts matching the hilt. The 5th Dragoon Guards guards are known to have carried this pattern of sword and it is referred to in The British Cavalry Sword by Richard Dellar page 114
