17th Century English Civil War Harquebusier’s Lobster Tail Helmet

A 17th Century Civil War Harquebusier’s Lobster Tail Helmet Cromwellian period c 1650, the skull made from two pieces joined by a raised comb running from front to back, the hinged forward projecting peak with three bar face protector, pierced cheek protectors with leather hinges and single neck protector ridged to imitate three lames. Good solid original helmet in untouched and un-restored condition however with damage to the neck protector and front peak also the skull has a couple of areas where the metal has worn through please see images
