Officer’s 1796 Infantry Sword Blue and Gilt

Officer’s 1796 Infantry Sword of excellent quality however proportions slightly small than a regulation one. The hilt with addition engraving please see images, the shell guards inner one folding engraved with stands of arms and complete with silver wire grip. The blade pipe back with blue and gilt decoration including G R Crown and Royal Coat of Arms for 1801 – 1806 plus foliage and stands of arms. Complete with black leather scabbard with engraved gilt brass mounts the top one with frog button and one coiled rope designed loose ring.
