British Heavy Cavalry 1788 Sword by Harvey

Heavy Cavalry 1788 Sword iron hilt consisting of bars forming half basket with D shaped flat knucklebow leading to a four slotted cross guard. Leather grip secured by twisted silver wire and large ovoid pommel. Straight blade single edged becoming double towards the tip with crown to both sides with makers name Harvey tight and solid sword in very good condition
