1788 British Officer’s Cavalry Sword

1788 British Officer’s Cavalry Sword, all steel hilt with leather bound ribbed grip. The excellent engraved curved blade is the best I have ever seen in this pattern of sword, engraved with Royal Coat of arms, mounted cavalry officer the reverse with GR Crown and trophies of arms. The scabbard all steel has been cleaned with 2 loose rings overall length 41 inches the blade 35.5 inches note the under side of the cross guard with engraved initials B N ??
