Victorian General Officer’s Sword by Henry Wilkinson very early production number 9703 1859 production. Brass Gothic hilt with General officer’s crossed sword and baton in cartouche with wreath and crown over. Brass stepped pommel and back strap with fish skin grip bound with brass wire and complete with black leather liner and knot. The stunning blade engraved with foliage VR with crown and crossed sword and baton. Makers details Henry Wilkinson London, complete with matching brass scabbard which does have some age dents.
