Victorian 1821 light cavalry sword by Reeves & Greaves

Victorian 1821 light cavalry sword with regulation hilt stepped pommel and fish skin grip bound by silver wire. The slightly curved blade is pipe backed and in excellent condition, maker marked Reeves & Greaves. Two engraved panels one to each side with crown VR and floral decoration. Complete with steel scabbard with two loose rings overall length 41 inches the blade 35.75 inches
