Scottish Queens Own Cameron Highlanders Victorian Dirk

A Victorian period Scottish officers dirk for the 79th regiment Queens Own Cameron Highlanders, the 28cm double blade engraved blade with VR Crown regimental badge and battle honours although very faint plus facet edge back. Ebonised baluster set with brass studs above a gilt mount of acanthus and oak leaves the rear with crossed swords and plumed hat, in original leather scabbard with gilt mounts the marked 79th, knife and fork en suite. All in very good condition, pommel stone maybe a replacement.
