Plug Bayonet 17th Century

Plug Bayonet 17th Century in very nice condition part of the R D C Evan Collection. Turned walnut grip with gilt brass fittings, the cross guard with curved quillons ending in small buttons. The large tapering blade single edged becoming double for the last 5 inches, stamped with makers mark for Matino Antonio Solingen. It is complete with tooled black leather scabbard with matching gilt brass mounts and a label detailing R D C Evans Collection P17
