A fine example of a Morroccan Mukahla Rifle, highly decorative with silver engraved barrel bands and the lock in full working order. The down turned butt with further decoration including silver and brass work, silver wire binding and camel bone. Sometimes referred to as a Altit this style is indigenous to the Little Atlas Mountain Region of Southern Morocca. Overall length 165cm – 65 inches the barrel 122cm – 48 inches.
