Inniskilling Dragoons Officer’s 1834 Pattern Helmet with gilt copper helmet with tall crest moulded with oak branches and with leaping lion terminal sides of skull with floral scroll panels front plate with the Royal arms and regimental battle honours Peninsula and Waterloo above a beaded band at the lower rim embossed Inniskilling Dragoons. Leather-backed gilt brass chin scales embossed with oak branches. Blossom-form rosettes. Front peak lined in green leather, the rear with brown. No internal lining and what looks to be an age repair behind the badge to the body of the helmet please see image plus age stuff and contact marks to skull.
