Horseman’s War Hammer

Eastern European horseman’s war hammer, slightly curved beak with a quadrangular point and a tapering hammer with rounded head. Cross section with line decoration and dome pommel leading to a flat belt hook set one side on the iron square section shaft which is reenforced towards the grip which has top and bottom flanges which would have retailed the grip which is missing. Length: 59cm Width across head 17cm Please note this hammer has been cleaned.
