German Imperial Naval Presentation Officer’s Sword with gilt Toledo blade dated 1884. Regulation hilt with folding guards, lion head pommel with green and red eyes. The grip wire is missing but the guard in good condition just age wear to gilt. The blade super with the following inscription DO NOT DRAW ME WITHOUT REASON, DO NOT REPLACE ME WITHOUT HONOUR in German the reverse with Bruhns s/l. Leidhold a gift from one officer to another.
