Georgian 1803 Blue and Gilt Officer’s Sword

Georgian Infantry Officers sabre, leather grip bound with gilt wire, 1803 regulation hilt with lion head pommel and GR plus crown. The blue and gilt blade is in engraved for 3/4 of the blade and in good condition however the the decoration has faded but the engraving is very visible which includes trophies of arms, Royal Coat of Arms GR and crown plus mounted officer all within there own panals surrounded by floral decoration. Complete with gilt mounted leather scabbard. Dimensions: Blade Length: 77 cm Overall Length: 91 cm
