Flintlock Anti Garrotte Pistol

Never seen a Flintlock Anti Garrotte pistol the iron plate is 18cm in length and 8cm in width at the widest point with two large belt loops to the rear and a flintlock mechanism mount to the front with a small barrel 3cm in length. Very basic engraving to the cover plate, it is in working order but has been cleaned during it’s life. Please see FIREARMS CURIOSA by Lewis Winant figures 170 and 171 for reference although they only describe a percussion example.
