With tapering single edged blade with triple fuller engraved with a cluster of crosses and letters please see images, iron hilt, the solid guard chiselled with radiating foliage, knuckle guard flanked by two diagonal bars chiselled with foliate designs, the top of the side bars and the knuckle bar screwed to the globular pommel chiselled en suite, with pain tang button, spirally grooved wire-bound wooden grip complete with Turks-heads possibly a later replacement 34 inch blade overall 41 inches
