1796 Blue and Gilt Officer’s Sword

Georgian 1796 Blue and Gilt Officer’s Sword regulation hilt with fish skin grip secured by silver wire. The curved blade with blue and gilt decoration including Cavalry man on horse back GR crown royal coat of arms plus trophies of arms all surrounded with floral decoration. Complete with steel scabbard with 2 loose rings. Overall length 95cm blade 82cm note sword has not been cleaned as found
