10th Hussars 1912 Officer’s Sword by Wilkinson – Ivor Cecil Tetley

10th Hussars Officer’s Sword by Wilkinson special pattern hilt with three bars chequered pommel and fish skin grip. The blade regulation 1912 etched with G R V X Hussars and regimental badge. Owner initials I C T – Ivor Cecil Tetley commissioned 2nd Lt 10th hussars 29th January 1931 and was a captain in the Royal Armoured Corps, 10th Royal Hussars. Mentioned in Despatches. Maker marked Wilkinson Sword London and proof plug to reverse however the serial number on the spin has been erased to stop identification. Complete with field scabbard and knot.
