Victorian 1st Lifeguards Officer’s Sword 1834 regulation pattern by Hakes and Co London. Steel guard mounted with brass embellishments and 1LG monogram, Victorian crown and 12 brass studs, wire-bound fishskin grip with stepped brass pommel, leather sword knot and liner, in a steel scabbard with domed brass bands, the sword is in very good condition overall.
