Brown bess musket by Knubley London made for the Thoresby Volunteers numbered 61 thoughout. 39″ barrel engraved London with Tower proofs and which retains it’s original finish. Signed stepped numbered lock with roller regulation 3/4 stock with brass mounts and oval escutcheon engraved with the crest of the Pierpont family, steel sling swivel forward one missing original numbered steel ramrod and matching batonet c 1803.
