Scottish 19th century Dirk by Thomas Boog Edinburgh

With tapering blade fullered and notched along the back-edge, double-edged at the point and stamped with crowned cutler’s name Boog on one side at the forte note tip damaged please see image, ebonised baluster grip carved with foliage and basketweave, the latter set with silver studs, excellent pommel cap with inset stone and silver basal mount embossed and chased with foliage, in its black leather scabbard with matching silver mounts en suite with matching knife and fork and with a silver loop for suspension.
