Russian 1850 Pattern Gladius Sidearm – 78

Imperial Russian Crimea war issue Gladius with brass one piece grip, crossguard and pommel.  Centre of crossguard marked on one side with Imperial Eagle and date 1850 with encircled ‘V’  and’C1’ on the other.  Steel Gladius blade in its black, brass mounted French 1831 scabbard.  Length 628mm  Blade 480mm please note condition of blade and scabbard repair
