Irish Connaught Rangers Regimental Drum dated 1916

Irish Connaught Rangers Regimental 14″ side Drum dated 1916 and produced by Besson and Co London. The drum has been repainted at some point during it’s life and I would have thought for the regiment as the correct gilt paint has been used and the detail is excellent. Brass drum with 2nd Bn The Connaught Ranger to the top with harp and King’s crown to center, regimental motto below surronded by battle honors. Wooden hoops with ropes and replacment skins.
