With fullered blade stamped with G, gilt-brass hilt including large double shell-guard, the quillon with decoration matching to the knuckle-guard and the pommel each decorated with scrolling leaves, the grip bound with silver wire between collars. Contained in its original scabbard which is steel bound with leather, gilt fittings and one loose ring. Overall length 37 inches blade 31 inches
